Friendly team, excellent service!

Just picked up a new Prius Prime SE in guardian gray and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We had waited nearly a year for delivery but that was a Toyota supply issue, not a dealership problem. In fact they went out of their way to find our car build from an out of state dealership. They helped us save money through lease/buyout program which qualified for a major federal EV rebate. Every single employee we worked with, from sales to accounting to service, was knowledgeable, professional, and figured out what was best for us. We highly recommend Lexington Toyota!!

I was in for and oil change service on December 27 , on my Tundra . Checked oil next day ,oil was down a half a quart, fluids were not topped off ,which makes me wonder if the inspection even got done, So I payed for service to go home and service my own truck again .

The service representative, Eddie, was extremely polite, efficient and kind. Service on my car terrific! Absolutely fair pricing too. Highly recommend!

Great experience buying a truck

The front service desk crew is always polite and professional. Today I went in for a unscheduled car sticker and they fit me right in. I was out of there quicker than I expected.

The quality of the mechanics is top notch. Repairs are not recommended that seem unnecessary. Customers are not nickel and dimed. The repair bills are reasonable. The service advisors take the time giving explanations of advised repairs and answering questions.

I’ve had the same experience twice, now. I’m dubious about the parts department. The customer service department was great. I appreciated that they didn’t do something once they realized it was unnecessary.

Jillian was an excellent sale rep. I did a test drive and put a deposit because I enjoyed working with the team.

Maintenance guys are friendly & helpful, do their best to keep wait as short as possible when they know youre waiting, and send a text for immediate notification (even if you’re just upstairs). Free coffee and small bottles of water if you have to wait, and usually a table where you can plug in a device to use or charge.

New to the area. I own a Rav4 that needed servicing. Made an appointment in person to Lexington Toyota. Was greeted with very friendly service reps. Attended the appointment today , very professional and explained how long it would take. Checked with me for a few added replacements. Helped me to set my I phone with screen , as Had it plugged in wrong. Very happy with the service. Thanks Toyota will continue servicing my car at this business.

Friendly staff checking me in. Reviewing what was needed, since I don’t drive very much. Comfortable area to wait, only a little over an hour to wait.

I have been taking my 2010 Prius to Lexington Toyota for a number of years, and they keep it running perfectly. I especially like how they discuss each service item in detail, and whether it needs to be done right away or if it can be scheduled later. I am an engineer, so I like to understand what is being done, and the service reps cheerfully answer my (probably too many) questions. Definitely recommend.
