This was my first visit to Lexington Toyota for service. I'd bought a used Tacoma a couple of months ago, took it to Lexington Toyota for a loud rattle on the left side of the cabin. The techs worked on the car for a day, found the problem in an unexpected place and got it sorted out. This was a somewhat unusual problem, but the Service Department folks worked effectively, got it fixed and did a complimentary service inspection to boot. I'd highly recommend these guys and appreciate the effort they made on a car that wasn't bought at the dealership. Great job!

Clear, detailed estimate with photos of all issues uncovered. Very transparent. All work collectively was beyond my budget, so service team helped prioritize and devise a game plan to recondition incrementally at an affordable pace that should not compromise safety.

I had a good experience at a routine check-up. The time it took was reasonable, and I could sit in a comfortable area near a coffee machine. The technicians identified some work that would need to be done on the brakes, but said we could fix it at the next check-up. Entering and leaving was quick.
